GLENDALE, Ariz. - Glendale Community College men's basketball saw two players recognized for their contributions during the 2025-26 Arizona Community College Athletic Conference men's basketball division 2 slate.
Stephan Miller was voted 1st Team All-Region. Miller, a freshman from Liberty high school, averaged 18.6 points per game on 51% from the floor and 9.2 rebounds per game in 18 conference games this season. Miller scored in double figures in all but one conference game with his conference high coming at Pima Community College on December 13th where he finished with 33 points on 12-of-16 from the floor and grabbed 7 rebounds. Miller had 8 double-doubles during the conference slate, with a conference high 13 rebounds coming twice against Mesa Community College.
Kenny White was voted 1st Team All-Region. White, a sophomore from St. Mary's high school, averaged 18.1 points per game on 43.7% from the field. White recorded 64 of his 109 assists during the ACCAC slate and had 32 steals in 18 games played. White finished the final 16 conference games scoring in double figures, including his career high 36 points against South Mountain Community College on January 17th. White had 16 games with 10+ points, 8 games with 19+ points, and 2 30+ point performances.
Miller, White, and the rest of the Glendale Community College men's basketball team will begin their post-season campaign as the 4th seed in the region 1 tournament and will face top seeded Pima Community College on Thursday, March 5th, in Tucson. The winner will advance to the final with a chance to earn a berth into the NJCAA National Tournament. Tip-off for Thursday's game is scheduled for 7 P.M.
