GLENDALE, Ariz. - Glendale Community College men's basketball rounded out the 2025 calendar year with a non-conference victory Monday, defeating Taylor Made Prep 96-40. With the win, the Gauchos moved to 11-3 on the season.
Kaleb Conley led the scoring for the Gauchos, finishing with 24 points and 8 rebounds. Conley, a freshman from Boulder Creek high school went 11-of-13 from the field and also had 4 assists. Stephan Miller (Liberty) had 19 points along with 9 rebounds in the contest. Malaki Garnica (Brophy) finished with 14 points and 4 rebounds, while shooting 50% from the field. The Gauchos shot 56.8% from the field and finished the game with 50 total rebounds. They had 21 assists on 42 made field goals.
Glendale Community College men's basketball will return to action in the new year on Saturday, January 3rd, when they host Cochise College. The Apaches currently sit at 9-5 on the season. In the lone meeting last season, the Gauchos fell to Cochise 55-82. Tip-off for the contest is scheduled for 3 p.m.
